A valid VIP Bridesparks Reward Card may allow you to access eligible rewards without first booking three suppliers.

Bridesparks Rewards Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how the Bridesparks Reward Card and Reward Wheel operate. Please read them alongside the conditions of any individual supplier offer.

1. About Bridesparks

Bridesparks is a wedding supplier discovery and promotional platform that brings together independently operated wedding businesses.

Bridesparks provides the Wedding Planner, Reward Card system and Reward Wheel as tools to help couples discover participating suppliers and their offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bridesparks is not a party to the contract between a couple and an individual wedding supplier.

2. Free Registration

Registration for the Bridesparks Wedding Planner and digital Reward Card is free for couples.

There is no charge to spin the Bridesparks Reward Wheel.

Booking a wedding supplier may involve charges payable directly to that supplier. These are charges for the supplier’s services, not fees charged by Bridesparks to participate in the Reward Wheel.

3. Standard Reward Eligibility

Under the standard Bridesparks Reward Card programme, couples become eligible to redeem participating supplier rewards after securing three qualifying bookings with participating Bridesparks suppliers.

Each qualifying booking must be recognised under the Reward Card programme and recorded in accordance with its procedures.

A booking does not automatically qualify simply because a business appears on the Bridesparks website. The supplier must be participating in the relevant rewards programme.

Eligibility to redeem rewards does not guarantee the availability of a particular supplier, service or offer.

4. VIP and Promotional Access

Bridesparks may issue VIP Reward Cards or promotional access through selected venues, wedding events or other authorised activities.

Valid VIP or promotional access may allow eligible couples to redeem participating supplier rewards without first completing three qualifying bookings.

Any additional restrictions communicated when the VIP or promotional access is issued will apply.

VIP access does not override an individual supplier’s booking requirements or the specific conditions of an advertised offer.

5. Individual Supplier Offers

Participating suppliers independently determine the rewards they offer.

A reward may be subject to conditions including:

• Wedding date and supplier availability
• Minimum booking values
• Selected packages or services
• New bookings only
• Booking or redemption deadlines
• Geographical coverage
• Limits on combining promotions
• Other conditions clearly disclosed by the supplier

Material restrictions should be communicated clearly before a couple makes a booking decision.

Couples should confirm the reward and all applicable conditions directly with the supplier before entering into a booking agreement.

6. Claiming and Confirming Rewards

Couples should inform the participating supplier that they wish to use a Bridesparks reward.

The supplier may request reasonable evidence of eligibility, such as a qualifying Reward Card or valid VIP access.

A reward should be confirmed in writing by the supplier, including what is provided and any applicable restrictions.

A reward is not automatically added to a booking merely because it appears on the Bridesparks website or Reward Wheel.

Where a reward forms part of an agreed booking, its fulfilment is governed by the agreement between the couple and the supplier, together with applicable consumer law.

7. The Bridesparks Reward Wheel

The Bridesparks Reward Wheel is a promotional discovery tool designed to showcase rewards and offers from participating wedding suppliers.

The wheel randomly selects an offer to display. Offers may be amended, replaced or withdrawn without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer law and any existing contractual commitments.

Couples must contact the participating supplier directly to confirm that the displayed reward remains available, that they meet the eligibility requirements and that any additional booking conditions can be satisfied.

Spinning the wheel does not constitute winning a prize, securing an offer, making a booking or entering into a contract. Displaying a reward does not guarantee its availability or redemption.

Couples may spin the wheel as many times as they wish, free of charge.

All rewards are offered and fulfilled independently by participating suppliers and remain subject to their individual terms, conditions and availability.

Bridesparks aims to keep reward information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that every displayed offer remains available at the time of viewing.

Nothing in these terms affects a couple’s statutory consumer rights or any reward already agreed as part of a confirmed supplier booking.

8. Reward Availability and Changes

Participating suppliers may introduce, amend or withdraw offers for future enquiries, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made.

Bridesparks may update supplier listings and reward information to reflect changes communicated by participating businesses.

Where a reward has already been agreed as part of a confirmed supplier booking, any subsequent change is subject to the terms of that agreement and the couple’s legal rights.

Bridesparks will aim to keep published information accurate and correct errors within a reasonable time after becoming aware of them.

9. Supplier Bookings and Contracts

All supplier bookings, payments, deposits, cancellations and service arrangements are made directly between the couple and the relevant supplier.

Each supplier operates independently and is responsible for its own contractual obligations, services and agreed rewards.

Couples should review the supplier’s booking terms before making payments or entering into an agreement.

Inclusion in Bridesparks does not constitute a guarantee of a supplier’s performance, availability or suitability for every wedding.

10. Responsibility and Liability

Bridesparks is responsible for its own operation of the Bridesparks platform and rewards programme in accordance with applicable law.

Individual suppliers are responsible for the wedding services and rewards they contractually agree to provide.

Bridesparks does not assume responsibility for the performance of independent supplier contracts solely because a supplier is listed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to the Rewards Programme

Bridesparks may update the Rewards programme, including its features and eligibility arrangements, where reasonably necessary.

Changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively remove rights or benefits already contractually agreed with participating suppliers.

Any significant change affecting an active promotion will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements.

12. Personal Information

Personal information collected through Bridesparks registration and use of the Wedding Planner or Reward Card is handled in accordance with the Bridesparks Privacy Policy.

Where information is shared with participating suppliers, this will be explained as appropriate and handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Marketing communications will be managed in accordance with applicable consent and direct marketing rules.

Questions relating to a supplier’s booking, agreed services, payments or reward fulfilment should ordinarily be raised directly with that supplier first.

This does not affect any legal rights or remedies available to couples.
