All bookings, contracts, payments and agreements are made directly between the couple and the individual supplier.
3. Supplier Independence
All suppliers featured on Bridesparks operate as independent businesses.
Bridesparks does not control, supervise or manage supplier businesses or services.
Any agreement for wedding related services is solely between the couple and the supplier.
Bridesparks is not responsible for:
• Supplier conduct or behaviour
• Service quality or performance
• Delays or cancellations
• Failure to deliver services
• Financial disputes
• Property damage or personal injury
• Financial loss or supplier insolvency
• Non performance of contracts
• Supplier communication issues
• Failure to honour rewards, discounts or upgrades
Users are responsible for carrying out their own independent research and due diligence before entering into agreements with suppliers.
4. Supplier Selection and Platform Positioning
Suppliers featured on Bridesparks may be selected using internal criteria including publicly available information, reputation, experience, engagement, communication and suitability for the platform.
Bridesparks may carry out basic checks, reviews or assessments of suppliers before listing them on the platform. These checks may include reviewing publicly available information, websites, portfolios, social media presence, reviews and general suitability for the platform.
However, Bridesparks does not independently verify all information provided by suppliers and does not guarantee:
• Service quality
• Professional conduct
• Availability
• Reliability
• Financial stability
• Legal compliance
• Ongoing standards of service
Any decision to book or engage a supplier is made entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.
Bridesparks accepts no liability for any issues, disputes, losses, damages or dissatisfaction arising from supplier services or supplier conduct.
Nothing on Bridesparks should be interpreted as a guarantee, certification, endorsement or warranty of any supplier.
5. Wedding Planner and App Features
Bridesparks may provide optional planning tools, account areas, app features, dashboards, reminders, saved supplier tools and other digital functionality.
These features are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
Bridesparks does not guarantee:
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• Error free functionality
• Permanent data storage
• Compatibility across all browsers or devices
• Accuracy of saved information
• Protection against data loss
Users are solely responsible for:
• Maintaining copies of important information
• Ensuring information entered is accurate
• Protecting their account login details
• Using the platform responsibly
