Any agreement for wedding services is solely between the couple and the supplier.

Bridesparks is not responsible for:

• Service performance
• Cancellations
• Delays
• Quality of work
• Financial disputes
• Personal injury or property damage arising from supplier services
• Disputes between couples and suppliers
• Financial loss, non performance, or insolvency
• Failure to deliver rewards, discounts, or upgrades

4. Invitation and Selection Criteria

Suppliers listed on Bridesparks are selected based on internal criteria including experience, reputation and publicly available reviews.

While reasonable care is taken during selection, Bridesparks does not guarantee the performance, reliability or suitability of any supplier.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

5. Exclusive Rewards and Offers

Bridesparks may promote reward codes or exclusive offers provided by suppliers.

All rewards:

• Are offered solely at the discretion of the individual supplier
• Are subject to the supplier’s own terms
• May be withdrawn or amended at any time by the supplier

Bridesparks does not guarantee availability, value or delivery of any reward.

6. No Agency or Partnership

• An agency relationship
• Employment

Between Bridesparks and any listed supplier.

7. Limitation of Liability
